South Shore of Montreal
Condo management on the South Shore
Brossard, Longueuil, Boucherville, Saint-Constant, Saint-Amable: we already manage syndicates there. Each city has its own rules and its own buildings, and a board should not have to learn them alone.
multiRent manages condo syndicates on the South Shore of Montreal, in Brossard, Longueuil, Boucherville, Saint-Constant and Saint-Amable, and takes on mandates in some forty municipalities, as far as Granby. Three packages, from 10 $ to 37 $ per unit, per month, with a 210 $ monthly minimum, and a handover completed in thirty days.
Five cities where we already manage syndicates
One page per city, with what the municipality expects of the building and what we do there.
Brossard
The South Shore city where we manage the most syndicates: small buildings, recent towers near the REM, and complexes where several syndicates share a garage.
Longueuil
Small buildings, including in the borough of Saint-Hubert, where the board often comes down to two or three people.
Boucherville
Small buildings, the kind that keep being told no manager will want them.
Saint-Constant
Small to mid-sized buildings, where the budget leaves little room.
What changes from one city to the next
Municipal by-laws do not stop at the building’s door. Three subjects come up with South Shore boards.
Collections, from nine dwellings up
In Brossard, Longueuil, Boucherville and Saint-Constant, buildings of nine dwellings or more have their own arrangements: bins or containers, organic waste on request or still to come. They are not the same from one city to the next.
Overnight parking in winter
Banned during snow-clearing operations in Brossard, on some ten nights a winter in Longueuil, and all winter in Saint-Amable except on the evenings the Town lifts the ban. A notice to co-owners before the first snowfall avoids tickets.
Boards of two or three people
In several of these cities, condo buildings of six to twelve units are common, and management too often rests on one person. The monthly minimum applies there: the package that includes meetings and registers then costs the same amount as financial management alone.
The details are on each city’s page. Municipal arrangements change from year to year: each city’s website prevails.
The whole South Shore territory
We take on mandates in the following municipalities.
Longueuil, Saint-Hubert, Greenfield Park, Brossard, Saint-Lambert, Boucherville, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Sainte-Julie, Varennes, Verchères, Contrecœur, Sorel-Tracy, Saint-Amable, Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, Saint-Hyacinthe, Chambly, Carignan, Richelieu, Marieville, Saint-Césaire, Rougemont, Granby, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, La Prairie, Candiac, Delson, Sainte-Catherine, Saint-Constant, Saint-Philippe, Saint-Mathieu, Châteauguay, Mercier, Léry, Beauharnois, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
Montreal, the South Shore and the North Shore, for buildings of 5 to 200 units. Outside that area, we do not take on mandates for the time being.
On the ground, we call on a network of subcontractors who already travel to the South Shore for our buildings: plumbing, electrical, snow removal, cleaning. The board keeps the decisions, and it receives comparable quotes before choosing.
We publish neither the name nor the address of the syndicates we manage — the same discretion you will benefit from. References are provided to boards seriously considering a proposal.

Questions South Shore boards ask us
In which South Shore cities do you already manage condo buildings?
In Brossard, in Longueuil, including Saint-Hubert, in Boucherville, in Saint-Constant and in Saint-Amable. We do not publish the names of the syndicates, but we provide references to boards considering a proposal.
Our city does not have its own page on your site. Do you still take the mandate?
Yes, if it is part of the territory described above, some forty South Shore municipalities as far as Granby, and the building has 5 to 200 units. Outside that area, we do not take on mandates for the time being.
Is the price the same on the South Shore as in Montreal?
Yes. The grid is public and identical across the territory: three packages, from 10 $ to 37 $ per unit, per month, with a 210 $ monthly minimum.
Do you have an office on the South Shore?
No. Our mailing address is in Montreal, and we have no counter on the South Shore. The work is done through our platform, by phone and on site when the building requires it, with subcontractors who already travel to the South Shore.
Who looks after collections and winter parking notices?
We do. Registering for the city’s collections, adjusting the number of bins and reminding co-owners before winter are part of the building’s day-to-day management.
