The team

Managers who answer, and a team that does the work.

multiRent was founded by two Quebec entrepreneurs who wanted condominium management done methodically, at public prices. Today the team brings together managers, an administrative and accounting team and an operations team that coordinates a network of subcontractors, with over twenty years of combined experience in property management.

Frequently asked questions

Who will be our contact?

A dedicated team is assigned on the day of signature: a manager for the board, client services for co-owners, the operations team for the building. You know their names before the transfer is complete.

Where are you located?

In Montreal. We serve Montreal, the South Shore and the North Shore, and our subcontractors work across that whole area. The first meeting is held by video call or on site, whichever suits the board.

Do you work with subcontractors?

Yes. We have a network of vetted, insured subcontractors, licensed by the Régie du bâtiment where the law requires it. Our operations team receives the request, dispatches the right contractor and follows the intervention; for major work, the board chooses on bids. multiRent does not carry out construction work itself. Our partners for what lies outside management.

Let’s talk about your building.

Fifteen minutes is enough to know whether we are the right manager for your syndicate.
