On a business day, from the person who will handle your file. We do not publish a response-time figure: it would be a commitment we could not keep every single time, and we would rather promise only what we deliver.
I live in a building managed by multiRent. Is this where I send my request?
No. Resident requests go through the portal, where they are tracked until closed, and emergencies through the line given to your building, which puts a person on the line at any hour. This page is for boards and co-owners looking for a manager.
Should we prepare anything before the call?
The number of units, how your building is managed today (self-managed, or by whom), and what brings you to us. The rest we look at together. No sales proposal is made until we have understood your situation.
